Nora believes all women should have agency over their healthcare decisions.

We want women to feel confident they are managing their overall health in the best way for them. That starts with making the right decisions based on trusted evidence and research.

Our name is inspired from the ancient Greek word "Elenora," which translates to light or enlightenment — embodying our commitment to illuminating the path for women entering perimenopause, menopause and the years that follow.

We created Nora as a beacon of light — guiding and supporting women as they navigate the transformative stages of life with confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of vitality.
